LCMS Texas District Volunteers
Local volunteers play a vital role in the success of the LCMS Youth Gathering. These volunteers:
  • provide expert knowledge of the host city and region.
  • provide hearts and hands ready to serve Lutheran youth and adults from across the globe.
  • work closely with Gathering volunteer program directors and team managers to enhance the Gathering program.
  • help create a hospitable atmosphere for Gathering participants.establish contact with local entities that provide services, materials, or additional volunteers.
  • increase the awareness of and involvement in the youth gathering among the members of the Texas District.
